HAVAN RAISES $82K AND RENOVATES LOUNGE & KITCHEN AT EASTER SEALS HOUSE.
After 30 years, with 30,000 bed nights and hosting 5,000 families each year, Easter Seals House 3rd Floor Lounge needed refreshing to better serve the families who use it every day and thanks to the Homebuilders Association of Vancouver (HAVAN) the newly renovated space is now open to visitors.
The Homebuilders Association of Vancouver (HAVAN) in partnership with the HAVAN Renovation and Supplier’s Council, worked together to renovate the third-floor lounge at the Easter Seals House in Vancouver.
From donating appliances to sweeping the floors, the volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure this lounge was a “home away from home” for the amazing families that would be staying here while their children are undergoing medical treatment.
